Johann Georg Rausch

Johann was born 4/22/1802 in Winterkasten, Bergstrasse, Hessen, Germany (southeast of Darmstadt). He married Anna Katherine Blumenschein 6/2/1827 and came to America with Johann Georg Jr. and pregnant with Philip.

They landed in Baltimore, MD, where Philip was born. They eventually made their way to Ohio, creating a German Settlement in what is now Marysville, Ohio.
